I’d like to share this simple ingredients in making the eggless custard caramel. I much prefer without eggs but it depends on others who might prefer with eggs.
2 large spoon plain water
3 large spoon brown sugar
10 gram agar-agar powder
2 tablespoons custard powder
1 can (380-400ml) evaporated milk
4 glasses plain water
250gm condensed milk
150gm granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1. Mix ingredients A and boil using low fire and keep stirring until turn golden caramelized. Set aside and let it cool.
2. Put all ingredients B in a large pot and then mix well before stirring it to the stove. Keep stirring with low heat until it simmer and stirring constantly.
3. Remove the pot from the heat and gently pour the mixture on top of the prepared caramel.
4. Refrigerate until firm. Ready to eat.
